Our services include, but are not limited to, asphalt paving, asphalt sealcoating, parking lot paving and maintenance, driveway paving, pothole repair, crack sealing, asphalt resurfacing, grading and excavation, concrete curbing, drainage solutions, and related services.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and scope of work agreed upon in a written estimate or contract. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or timeline.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Trueline Greenville Asphalt Paving, whether verbal or written, are based on information available at the time of the estimate and the scope of work described. Estimates are not guaranteed prices and may change if the scope of work changes, site conditions differ from those observed during the estimate, material costs change significantly, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.

Any changes to the scope of work beyond what was agreed upon in the original estimate will be discussed with you before proceeding, and any additional costs will require your approval in writing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling is confirmed when a written agreement or deposit is received, as applicable. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material supply issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible of any scheduling changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposit forfeiture, will be outlined in your written agreement. Failure to be present or to provide site access on the scheduled date may result in a rescheduling fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. Payment is due as agreed upon in that document. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Invoices not paid by the agreed due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in the contract.

Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. Withholding payment for reasons outside the agreed scope does not release you from your payment obligations.

6. Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor or materials will be specified in your written contract. Warranties apply only to work performed by Trueline Greenville Asphalt Paving and are void if the pavement has been damaged by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to ground movement caused by expansive soils, flooding, vehicle overloading, third-party modifications, or the failure of pre-existing subsurface conditions that were not disclosed or visible at the time of installation.

7. Limitation of Liability
